All flip flops are handmade and set with real Swarovski crystals, high quality cowhides , and Italian leathers. Your order quickly moves into production phase within 48 hours. We are unable to change once it is in the production phase. Returns or cancellations are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Upon arrival of your merchandise, if your order appears to be incorrect or damaged, we must be notified within 3 business days. After 3 business days your order is considered complete. You must call for an RA # or your return will be denied upon arrival.
All orders are billed at time of sale. Due to the fact that shoes are custom designed, all sales are final. We will gladly accomodate you with the same product, if you receive an item that was damaged in shipping. Website credit will be issued for all returns. Flip-Flop Warranty: The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the piece under normal conditions, but does not cover abuse, neglect, or acts of God. If the strap comes out of the shoe or tears and their are any signs of tear or misuse in the base of the sole, the warranty is void due to misuse or stepping off the side of the shoe. Repairing your shoe yourself before sending them in for repair voids the warranty. If there are any signs the shoe has been tampered with, your shoes will not be repaired free of charge. All shoes have a one year warranty from date of purchase. Proof of purchase must accompany all repairs. All items must have a Return Authorization number before being sent in. Any box without a Return Authorization number on the outside will be refused.
